Leman Turkoglu is a certified PMP and has been actively involved in the science of project management over 30 years.   She has reputable experience in Program and Project Management in a wide variety of business applications in financial industry including migration and conversion projects, business process re-engineering , development and analysis on various environments ranging from mainframe to client/server using various databases.

Leman has hands on experience in project management using various methodologies (PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2, in-house developed etc) and tools (Ms Project Server, HP PPM, in-house development etc) in on-site and off-site s/w development projects in Financial sector..

She has managed projects ranging from small internal projects to multi-million dollar supply chain integration projects. Additionally, she has practiced and actively been involved in Software Development Process Improvement Programs, IT Governance( CoBIT) evaluations, projects targetting to integrate with ITIL standards and Quality models like EFQM.

Currently, Leman is providing  services on the following :

Leman is  an active member of the IPYD (Project Management Association in Turkey), PMI (Global,and TR chapter), TBD (Informatics Association) and takes part in various projects and delivers presentations at professional conferences.
